1. Acceptance of the Terms

Please carefully read the following terms of use and all other rules and guidelines that we may communicate to you from time to time, as well as the terms of our suppliers (collectively, the “Terms”), as these Terms create a binding legal contract between you and Shoes For Kids NC. We also ask that you address any questions you may have with us prior to booking. Please be aware that these terms and conditions contain waivers of liability as well as waiver of class action and venue selection and notice clauses. By making a booking or availing yourself of our services in any manner, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms you must not make any bookings with us.

If you are making a booking as a group, the leader of the group is responsible for sharing these Terms with all members of the group and is financially responsible for the booking. We will not be liable for a group leader’s failure to share these Terms with all travelers in their group.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other terms and policies incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Shoes For Kids NC pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior other agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions whether oral or written. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other provision hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall any such waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.

You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use, (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) the information supplied by you, or members of your group is true and correct.

2. Accuracy

You must pay the selected amount and are responsible for requesting a cancellation in a timely manner. A timely manner is under the following terms: 

Open registration Date to SEVEN (7) Days Prior to Tournament Date: Full refund minus $30.00 administrative fee regardless of reason if entry accepted into the tournament.
Not subject to refund: 
Withdraw six (6) Days Prior To or on Tournament Date ; No-Shows: No refund for any reason.

You understand and agree that no claims will be considered and that you will not bring suit against Shoes For Kids NC or any volunteer or persons affiliated unless you have first provided a typewritten notice of claim within 3 days after cancellation of your event registration.
